Growing Stronger is working for therapies for achondroplasia

The Growing Stronger initiative is looking for partnerships with drug developers towards opening opportunities for the discovery and development of compounds that could be used to counteract the effects of the fibroblast growth factor receptor type 3 (FGFR3) in the growth plate, rescuing bone growth in achondroplasia and improving the health of affected children.

A brief description of the kind of molecules Growing Stronger is seeking is reachable through the following link: Pharmacological approaches for achondroplasia. You can also reach it through the Growing Stronger website, Learn tab in the upper menu.
